The Mini Spectrometer Project takes your privacy very seriously. Beyond the information Apple provides to developers (that you can decide to provide), it uses no third-party analytics or advertising frameworks. We log no information on you and have no interest in doing so.
The only way data (spectra that you collect along with any associated location and time stamps if you have turned these on in the settings) can be shared beyond your device is if you choose to using the 'Save' button, and then it is simply exported directly to the service you choose (e.g. email or Air Drop) and you are in full control of how / where it is sent. We will not receive a copy of your data.
The Mini Spectrometer team do not collect, transmit, distribute or sell your data.
